Some of you have asked why I don’t post bread making videos anymore…it’s because I had to adopt a gluten free diet to help reduce inflammation. Thankfully I’ve found some great substitutes and the transition hasn’t been as hard as I thought. Although I do miss that warm crusty sourdough! My gluten free friends…what do you miss and what great finds have you made? I miss dumplings and soy sauce but I love the Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Everything Bagels!
