Julie Zhan Instagram – Today and EVERYDAY, I am grateful to all the amazing people I have in my life who have shown me what love is: compassionate, patient, non judgmental, tough, honest, silly, resilient, beautiful. I love you. And today and EVERYDAY I choose to love myself better. I am so proud of myself for consistently going to therapy, learning to listen to my gut, advocating for myself, consistently training in wushu, acting, writing, dancing, and choosing to spend my time nurturing my mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual strength. I’m a perfectly imperfect work in progress. So today, whether you’re single or plural or everything in between, please remember a significant other isn’t the only source of love (I know scrolling through social media might make you feel a certain way).
