But today, I love this photo.
I’ve never been more at peace with my body. My body has served me so well this past year and a half. Creating AND carrying my baby boy. Going through his traumatic birth (48 hours ending in a C section ** I lasted 40 hours with no drugs 🏆)
And then the last 8.5 months, healing from the C section all while taking care of my baby boy. I’m not sure what has shifted but I think it has something to do with using my body in such a primal way. I’m just in awe of what my body has been capable of. That’s it. That’s all.
