Sara Watkins Instagram – This is the first year I’ve stopped to think about winter solstice. I didn’t think I would “do” anything for it, but I have found myself reaching for a candle or two. I have just lit them and am thinking about how growth requires rest. All of nature needs rest. I’m so grateful to be a musician, for the community and shelter it provides. So grateful for you all for following me along in my various ventures. Grateful for time with family. Grateful for the opportunity to rest. Happy Holidays everyone! I love you.
