As part of this work, I recently had the privilege of traveling with @UNICEFUSA to experience how @UNICEF and their partners are affecting positive change for the children of Lebanon.
As Lebanon reels from a convergence of crises that has plunged the majority of the population into poverty, hundreds of thousands of children are at risk. They are going to bed hungry, lack access to proper health care, and are unable to attend school.
Though the situation in Lebanon is dire, I am inspired to see the ways in which UNICEF has been working relentlessly to address these compounding crises with a 360-degree approach that includes and amplifies the voices of children, communities, and governments.
