Over the past few years I’ve been very inspired by Bonnie’s lifestyle, and her passion and commitment to sustainability, and to making sustainable practices accessible for everyone. I’ve seen her in many different settings gently but consistently advocate for zero-waste facilities, and each time it jolted me into realising how wasteful and careless of the planet my normal everyday habits become, unless I consciously choose otherwise. I’m still a newbie when it comes to sustainability practices and often feel that same sense of ‘Agghhhhh this is too much change!!!’ that I did when I started my vegan journey…but I think as with any lifestyle shift, the journey is not finite and it’s about continuous learning and growth. Anyway, the point I’m making is I have LOTS of questions for Bonnie!! And I cannot wait to ask them and be part of this conversation on May 10th!
