Jackie Cruz Instagram – I’ve been trying to be Vegan for the last 5 years and it’s not easy when you’re surrounded by unhealthy foods. I never tried going 💯% RAW VEGAN. I’m doing it now and I am experiencing a intense detox; I can see and feel a lot of toxins coming out through my body. My diet is mostly fruit based and I do maybe a salad or a veggie dish a day to slow down the detox process. Slowly working my way up to a full blown Frugivore diet. I am now surrounded by sweet delicious fruit full of fructose (natural fruit sugars that can’t be compared to refined sugars) and loving the way I’m feeling. I’m powering through this part of the process which isn’t easy. When you start your raw diet your body will not be used to it so headaches are a common occurrence, but that’s was just in the first few days. I’m more energized and feeling recharged. Beautiful skin and health comes from the inside out. What are your favorite fruits? 🍇🍒🥝🍌🍍🫐
