Home Actress Lisa Ray HD Photos and Wallpapers June 2022 Lisa Ray Instagram - Intriguing public installation in Vancouver - someone sent me an image. It seems to have something to do with my role in Bollywood/Hollywood? I remember seeing Douglas Coupland’s Gumhead outside Vancouver Gallery a few years ago. A seven foot sculpture of the artist’s head onto which passerby’s stuck wads of chewing gum. It was an impressive defacement. These are slightly disconnected thoughts. I’m not encouraging anyone to throw their gum on this lovely floral sculpture but can any Vancouverite enlighten me further what it’s about? Side note: in a world that is dispiritedly polarized and radicalized, Canada remains a beacon of diversity and inclusion. Oh, Canada 🇨🇦 UPDATE Take a look at this cool Canadian initiative @fleursdevilles to know more

Lisa Ray Instagram – Lest you think I gracefully ace all my Pilates classes @thepaddxb
@shaaziaq finds fun ways to challenge me every week. I shed the pathology of perfection a long time ago, freeing me to explore and play without expectations – and share what my personal fitness journey looks like.
Don’t forget to laugh, sweat and embrace the trembling legs and f*ck ups ✌🏼

Lisa Ray Instagram – Hey kids.
She wandered everywhere, but walked lightly.
When I see images from my past, I smile for the woman I was. I wave affectionately, but I don’t identify with her.
As a society and culture we don’t talk about how important is it to carry your identity lightly. Youth is spent fighting for it, we spend years consolidating our personality and then amplifying it through cvs and social media to the extent, I suppose, the spoils of this internal war mean we feel obligated to carry labels around, like, forever.
But here’s the secret.
All those things you think you are, are barely scratching the surface. You think you are rash, shy, smart, an addict, a failure, a romantic, chic, plump, ambitious, sensible or utterly frivolous and fun. You project and talk about the version of ‘self’ you have decided fits the contours of your desires and abilities best in this world.
But who is the ‘you’?
These are all constructs of personality, sweet soul, they are your ego flexing.
And that’s fine.
As long as you recognize it. And you can set it all down, all these bits of identity we lash ourselves to, the soul crushing categories, when the moment calls you inward.
Can you set them down? (Accompanying gasping sobs are fine) Tip your black box open. Empty it out.
Set yourself free?
Don’t live small, my loves, no identity can contain the vastness of who you really are. You are not the assistant to the regional manager.
You are unclassifiable.
