My fav fish curry AKA chapala pulusu for lunch!😛😋
🔶Here are the ingredients I used for 1 kg sea bass.
1. 4 spilt green chillies
2. 1 big onion finely chopped
3. 2 large tomatoes purée
4. 2 tablespoons of chilli powder
5. salt as per your need
6. Half spoon turmeric
7. Blend 2 spoons of cumin seeds, 2 spoons coriander seeds, half spoon methi and approximately 10 garlic cloves to make a fine masala paste
8. Big lemon size of tamarind purée
9. Coriander leaves to garnish
🔶Process:
🔹Fry chillies for a few seconds in oil
🔹Add the finely chopped onions and fry until they turn slight brown
🔹Add tomato purée and let it cook for a while until the raw smell goes away.
🔹After that add chilli powder, turmeric,salt and tamarind purée.
🔹Add the already prepared masala paste and water as needed based on the desired gravy thickness and Stir everything for a while until the boiling starts.
🔹Add fish and let it cook for 15-20 min.
🔹Garish with coriander leaves as the final step. Let the curry sit for a while before serving on white or any rice!

Quick oatmeal breakfast!
🔹Microwave old fashioned rolled oats with almond milk for 2-3 min, alternatively you can soak them overnight.
🔹Mix creamy peanut butter,let the oats cool and fluff!
🔹 Add desired toppings (I added strawberries, blueberries,banana, dates,pumpkin seeds,almonds , walnuts, pecans & flaxseed meal)
🔹 voila, you have your energy filled protein oatmeal, enough to kick start your day!
I ate this almost everyday during my pregnancy minus dates!
