Zazie Beetz Instagram – Hallöchen! Willkommen zu Zazie Talks Climate! This week we are speaking with Lucie Hammecke: a representative for the German Green Youth party. She is the youngest member of parliament in Saxony-Anhalt (a state in Germany) at 24 years old, and is passionate about women’s rights, equality, and (naturally ;) the environment 🌿 So we will be waxing poetical about the European Green Deal today! The Green New Deal got its wings in the US, became a global youth movement, and has truly taken shape in Europe. This has been championed by young people, and it’s exciting to see how their power has incited change. This week we will be donating to The Human Impacts Institute: an organization using arts and creativity to get the word out on climate change. Check them out!
