Btw, I used to do kitchen prep work in college and would have to chop trays of onions, and when the stinging got really bad, you would run to a walk-in freezer and rip your eyes open, and it helped immediately. Also if you put your onions in the fridge, it’s much easier to chop them. Also, onions are EASILY my LEAST FAVORITE FOOD, I DESPISE them. But I have trained myself to cook with them- they must be completely obliterated essentially (like in a soup), for me to eat them. And NO, I do NOT like caramelized onions. But I am thankful for my two person harvest feast this year 🧡 I love my dearest friends, my dearest family, my dear partner- I can be flighty and run around and be outta sight outta mind, but there are people who have stayed by my side and I love their spirits and want them by my side always and we will lift together to the heavens and bask in the warm, warm sun.
