3..2..1.. ACTION !!! Today was the day I did a back flip ! Now I truly know anything is possible ! one of my goals this year was to hit a back flip & for a 6β5 man it feels this shouldnβt be possible π£ but what are limits !? βYou know what failure is like .. so succeed β wise words from @doc_egemba it pushed me to go stop being fearful of what could happen . Also shoutout to @pierrestepz for motivation me to stop hesitating & do it .

Getting comfortable being in the air π£π₯ & also learning to be more confident with flipping. If you think your gonna fall … well 9 out of 10 that will happen π€£ Iβm learning to be confident with what Iβve been taught & to visualize in my mind succeeding & then execute. Those who say they can & those who say they canβt are both usually right . Next Iβm flipping on the ground . π€π₯π£π€£
I started this page because I reach a point in my life where I started to resent what I saw in the mirror .. I was at an all time low & I knew the only person that could pull me out of this hole was myself . It was more of a mentality that I had to create .. I had to make a promise.. NO, I had to make a vowβ¦ that no matter what the price or pain or sweat or tears , I will win . Iβll mold myself into the person who wonβt lose to anyone! . The process started small with going to the gym twice a week then it became twice a day. my trainer @_the_200lb_down_don_ has never gave me an easy day since the first day we trained together he sees in me the person I want to become & for that Iβll always have his back πͺπΎβ‘οΈ wouldnβt be where Iβm at if it wasnβt for his training & wisdom . pushing me & showing me the real me that pushes when he has nothing left . Seeing myself drop 30 pounds has changed my life β€οΈ & this is only the beginning π£π₯ I got more work to do . Iβm just hear you let you know if I can do it you can too πͺπΎβ‘οΈ

Today I wanted to try something new so we decided letβs try some front flips !! & side flips!π€£ things got pretty chaotic immediately and I landed on my back a bunch of times soon with enough practice Iβll be able to do these tricks on flat surfaces but ima keep training & pushing myself we gonna get that flip on ground soon .
