Dominique Barrett Instagram – I started this page because I reach a point in my life where I started to resent what I saw in the mirror .. I was at an all time low & I knew the only person that could pull me out of this hole was myself . It was more of a mentality that I had to create .. I had to make a promise.. NO, I had to make a vow… that no matter what the price or pain or sweat or tears , I will win . I’ll mold myself into the person who won’t lose to anyone! . The process started small with going to the gym twice a week then it became twice a day. my trainer @_the_200lb_down_don_ has never gave me an easy day since the first day we trained together he sees in me the person I want to become & for that I’ll always have his back 💪🏾⚡️ wouldn’t be where I’m at if it wasn’t for his training & wisdom . pushing me & showing me the real me that pushes when he has nothing left . Seeing myself drop 30 pounds has changed my life ❤️ & this is only the beginning 🗣🔥 I got more work to do . I’m just hear you let you know if I can do it you can too 💪🏾⚡️
