Aurora Aksnes Instagram – This little fairy have been living comfortably within her nest for a little while now. I’ve been drinking a lot of tea. And I’ve painted a lot. And I’ve felt the lovely feeling of welcoming the autumn with open arms, in my whole body. I can already see the world outside changing, preparing for winter. It’s so wonderful. I hope you are all having these good moments. Small pockets of happiness.
I feel like this is really what life is made of. Swimming in the ocean at night. Crying a bit in your bed. Making yourself tea. Drying flowers. Reading a book that takes you on an incredible adventure. Telling your parents you love them. Good bread. Good wine. I’ve been enjoying a lot of carrots myself lately. Pretty enjoyable!
Anyways, I did just wake up, and I’m very tired. But also happy. And I am sending you all my love.

Sometimes I feel like the whole world Is trying to convince you something is wrong with you. And sadly often people believe this to be true. It is very frightening how easy it is for someone to convince you that you are wrong. Or that you are overly emotional, too strange, and not good enough. And I think it’s about time we shut those voices out. Because in no way should anyone convince you that you are not worthy because of the way you look, act, your faith, or the way you are born to love. We should be allowed to be human. And we don’t need a cure for it.
