Your honor, @iamsarahgrafferty is serving us with some serious looks @thegenesisprize 🤍 Guilty of charge in our JASMINE dress #GaliaLahav #PretAPorter
But if it snows in May we get to stay in bed all day…that’s like a rule, right Canada?

In honor of @rickehoffman’s bday, very grateful to @sarahraffertypics for reminding me of this nugget. Missing you brother Rick. 🥰
I just FaceTime my parents, to wish them a HAPPY 60th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY, and showed my Dad these photos…he couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous and lovely my mom is and how happy “those people” look….I can’t stop talking about my mom’s gorgeous dress! Just kidding. So grateful for their inspiration and profound dedication to each other. Happy happy day…but also that dress seriously deserves a rewear.
Also to my sister @mauracraig1, happy anniversary of your conception. ewwww 🤢🤓

Again with the elegant sartorial inspiration, Mimi. You made the 80’s look good….while some of us may have hit a rough patch. 🤓Happy Mother’s Day, I hope it was filled with the sublime, the ridiculous, and as always, a sprinkle of poetry.

After years of being graciously included in my friends’ Jewish holiday celebrations and hearing them say, “L’ shana haba’ah B’Yerushalayim”, last week I traveled to Jerusalem for the first time to host The Genesis Prize ceremony. Deemed the “Jewish Nobel”, Genesis is a $1 million annual prize awarded to Jewish individuals in recognition of their personal and professional contributions to humanity. In the sprit of “Tikkun Olam”, all Genesis laureates donate their prize money to worthy causes, in an effort to “repair the world”.
The evening opened with a powerful tribute to the doctors and NGO’s who are working with refugees of the war in Ukraine; and culminated in awarding Dr Albert Bourla, for his visionary leadership during the Covid pandemic. Albert is the Chairman and CEO of Pfizer and the son of Holocaust survivors. He plans to use his prize to create a Holocaust museum in his hometown of Thessaloniki, Greece. Albert’s parents were among the 2,000 survivors of a once thriving Jewish community of over 50,000.
I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to make a personal call to action to the doctors and scientists in attendance and to the scientific community at large. As Dr. Bourla has said, we are on the verge of a scientific renaissance, and it is my profound hope that in the coming years, a cure for Alzheimer’s and Dementia will be found. With my daughters and husband in attendance, and with the support of my mother and sisters, I spoke publicly for the first time about my father’s struggles with Alzheimer’s. It was a privilege to thank Albert and his team for creating a vaccine that helped the world and personally helped to safely reunite my children with my parents before my father lost the ability to recognize them.
This trip to the Holy Land began my personal journey toward better understanding thousands of years of rich history and devastatingly complex conflict…. (Caption continued in comments)

Last weekend I drove North. #banfftrail #alberta #canada Canmore Nordic Centre
When you travel,
A new silence
Goes with you,
And if you listen,
You will hear
What your heart would
Love to say.
A journey can become a sacred thing:
Make sure, before you go,
To take the time
To bless your going forth,
To free your heart of ballast
So that the compass of your soul
Might direct you toward
The territories of spirit
Where you will discover
More of your hidden life,
And the urgencies
That deserve to claim you.
John O’Donohue Calgary, Alberta
Thank you for making this @sarahraffertypics. Literally could not have done it better myself…or actually done it all. I’m officially a fan account of your account🤓. HFD to all, especially these two.
