Home Actor Justin Baldoni HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers August 2022 Justin Baldoni Instagram - Cautionary tale and a reminder to trust your intuition: We had a little scare with dad (@sambaldoni ) this week…Appendicitis! My mom called her local doctor (who temporarily won’t be named as long as she returns my call 🤨) and told the receptionist my dad had stomach pain, a low grade fever, and diarrhea. They said because his symptoms sound like COVID they couldn’t see him until Friday… 48 hours later! He’s 73. My mom trusted the Dr. office, I mean why wouldn’t she? Surely if these symptoms sounded dangerous they would get the doctor on the phone right? Nope. Something felt off, my aunt called me worried too. So I called our friend @jeneralwellness at around 7pm. She said to absolutely NOT wait and to get him to the ER as it sounded like appendicitis. Thank God we did. After spending all night in the ER (did you know ER’s are always busier during full moons?) Dad had an emergency appendicitis surgery Thursday morning. Had he waited …it could have been bad. Now he’s back home and doing great thank God! Look at this man- even at 5am, an hour before surgery he looks like a movie star! Moral of the story, if you feel something is off… trust it and do whatever you can to get a second opinion or at least get the right person on the phone. Life is too short. Everyone might be doing the best they can, but sometimes THEIR best isn’t enough. And a special shout-out to the wonderful staff and surgery team at SB cottage hospital for taking such good care of my daddy! You made him feel so safe and comfortable despite how busy you were. If you’re still reading this- send my dad a little love and good energy as he recovers. Any surgery at 73 isn’t easy and we so appreciate all the love! Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital

Justin Baldoni Instagram – Here’s a deep caption most of you won’t read with a workout video that means something to me.

I haven’t posted any sort of workout in years because the physical gym hasn’t been where I’ve been spending my time.

The last two years I’ve chosen to spend my time re-building myself from the inside out. Stripping away the archaic ideas of what I thought it meant to be a man, and diving into the pain, discomfort and trauma I’ve spent my life running from. My focus has been on deep somatic healing and my emotional/ spiritual health, a process that will never end. It’s been the hardest and most fulfilling time of my life and yet it at the same time, now that I’m ready to workout for the right reasons i.e HEALTH, ENERGY, LONGEVITY, HAPPINESS, MOBILITY, STRENGTH and ENDURANCE vs just aesthetics … it feels so damn good to be back in the physical gym.

For the first time in my life I’m building a fitness base not from a place of lack or fear… but from a place of love. It’s taken me years but I’m learning to love this body. And it’s amazing what happens when our bodies finally feel that love.

At 38- I feel like a new man. More to come. The Sanctuary
