K. Trevor Wilson Instagram – Yesterday we said goodbye to my father Rod Wilson for the last time. Dad took his final breath at home with Mom by his side. He had been struggling with his health for sometime and yesterday he found his peace.
My father was and always will be my hero, I was blessed to be raised by a wonderful man who had so much love for his family. I know my Dad loved me, as he loved all of his children, and that he was very proud of us. I know he passed knowing we love him and are proud of him as well.
So much of me is my father, he introduced me to comedy, sparked my love of music and most importantly taught me love and compassion for others. I wish I could hug him one more time, I wish I could have one more conversation with him, I wish we could share one last laugh but there is truly never enough time. I will miss him forever.
