This is from a couple of nights ago when kind of unexpectedly and expectedly we had our last breast feed after nearly two and a half years! Such mixed emotions. Sorry the video is so dark! Just felt the desire to capture some of the ambivalence of the moment. Mixed feelings that I’m still riding out, as is my little one. In her magical, little person wisdom, she knew it was the end of the road but she still cries for mummy milk in her vulnerable moments which is hard… I’m there for her through it – hopefully a billion other ways. Ahhhhh motherhood ❤️
