Bethany Hamilton Instagram – I’ve had a heart for teenage girls for a long time now because it’s hard… I often remember how uncomfortable it felt to be one. When I was teenager I struggled with body image being surrounded by beach culture and always being in a swimsuit. I remember feeling awkward, wondering if I fit in, wanting to be accepted. Feeling beautiful, confident, and well-equipped wasn’t something that always came naturally, but it’s what I wanted.

I’m so incredibly grateful I had amazing, loving mentors in my life to help me grow from that uncomfortable girl into a happy, confident and more importantly a faithful woman.

And this is why today I’d doing my @ohanaexperiences program to help teenage girls become the best version of themselves! Equipping them to navigate this world with clarity, grace, strength, and joy — all while knowing that their mom is in their corner to love, support, and guide them through it all!

My ‘Ohana Mother Daughter Experience is a 90-day mentorship program with weekly Zoom sessions with me AND an all-inclusive, luxury 3-night retreat with me in Hawaii! During the weekly calls, we’ll be covering some of life’s biggest topics, featuring expert guests to share their insight. And in Hawaii, we’ll hang out, swim, dine, and of course, surf!

A time to go deeper together as mother and daughter and talk about important issues like relationships, dating, conflict and more. A time to grow in confidence and faith. And help them develop the grace and confidence to become all they are meant to be even in today’s confusing and wild world.
