I was soooo happy when she agreed to do it and it is even more magical, dark and enchanting than I could have dreamed. It is WILDLY surreal to see my book has a cover now. This time last year I had just signed the book deal with Headline and had only one chapter written, along with a haphazard pile of notes. I honestly wasn’t sure I’d manage to finish the book at all, ever, let alone to a deadline 😅 but here it is now with its fancy coat on after a year of chipping away at it, and thanks to a special circle of people who believed in its ability to be a book! 💗
