Cecily Strong Instagram – What a fun weird energy week. I say weird as one of my few holy words. Loving our brilliant new cast and there will be so much more to see from them to make ya scream and cream. Loved this cut for time sketch written by Kent Sublette, Anna Drezen, and Vanessa Jackson (and Rami Malek if you’ve heard of him- new snl writer). I pitched one joke in this (duh it involves Goonies) and really just got to have fun with a wonderfully game and bizarre host. And play with my favorites Melissy-poo and Mikey. Then next is Heidi’s brilliant sketch because she’s a freaking genius for real. Same with Bowen who OWNED this show and we all owe him rent. The only picture missing here is Ego because her cut for time sketch will probably come back and how dare I ruin that for any of you. Sorry if I’ve missed anything or sound more cuckoo than usual. Very tired from some dumbass COLD knocking me out the past two shows because my life has been lived for two years trying to prepare for Covid, not the damn cold. So the common cold moved his ass on in, brought friends, and knows about the moratorium on evictions in nyc. So who knows how long this will last.
