Home Actress Nicole Seah HD Photos and Wallpapers September 2022 Nicole Seah Instagram - During house visits with the team in Bedok South Road, we encountered an elderly resident who used to run a business renting out commercial air conditioning. He shared that technology developments in the last few decades have changed unexpectedly and suddenly. One poignant change that he spoke of was the bankruptcy of Kodak, which used to be a ubiquitous household name. I remember buying film rolls as a primary school kid and loading them into a camera, and then bringing these rolls to a shop in Parkway Parade to develop the photos, which would usually require a few days’ wait. That practically changed in a matter of years as people started to buy digital cameras for their social media posts, and subsequently smartphones upped the ante with in-built cameras that quickly became everyone’s mode of capturing shots. It can take a few years for circumstances to shift mindsets and behaviours, and it is up to the business owner or individual to be vigilant and self aware in identifying these changes before the impact starts to kick in.

Nicole Seah Instagram – “What matters is not the size of the bacon you bring home, but the quality of the marinade!”

Such were the words echoed by Bedok South resident Mr A, who regaled us with life stories and his invaluable experience. He told us about his ambitious climb from an employee to a business owner, and a significant life change that made him shift his perspective. It was a good reminder to strike a balance between eking out a living whilst still remembering that at the end of the day, it is the quality of the time we spend with loved ones that is important. To be present especially in the small things, even as we work towards bigger things. I am very fond of house visits for that reason – When residents open their hearts and minds to us, and we do so in turn, what happens at the end of the day is a simple and mutual exchange of human perspectives. At the end of the day, we have the same goals and dreams – To live well, happily and healthily, and to do right by the people around us. Blk 16 Bedok South market n hawker centre
Nicole Seah Instagram – The Kampong spirit was truly alive and well at Fengshan 85 today. Aunty brought down a huge pot of peach gum dessert for the neighbours to share after having their breakfast in the hawker centre – A mouthwatering assortment of options like vegetarian bee hoon, carrot cake, porridge, mee pok, you tiao… The list goes on. Fengshan residents are blessed to live near this culinary heaven! She had thoughtfully packed disposable bowls and offered me a portion. It lifted the spirit and was refreshing on the palate. Lots of young families this morning, as @fooseckguan.sg and the team engaged with residents. Longtime EC volunteer James had a field day practising to be a grandpa! Another team was mobilised at 58 market today to also engage with the residents. It was good to see everyone, and we will be back again soon. Fengshan Hawker Centre
