So these recommendations will be very helpful for beginners. 1. Keep a calm and relaxed face Don't smile and don't try to make a face. Photographers will shout your name and joke around. So you if you make some ridiculous face, it will get into the photo and will haunt you your entire life. Swipe left to see my funny photos from the red carpet. Enjoy 😂 2. Get ready: it's f**kingly uncomfortable You will have to put on shoes two sizes larger or smaller, and dresses will scratch over the skin. Take an anesthetic cream to apply on your legs after the red carpet. Or even better - apply it before the event. Wear a beige bodysuit under your dress (if it is invisible) to protect your skin. 3. Always wash off your makeup and hair Usually the red carpets are held late in the evening and you get terribly tired. But in any case, wash off the makeup and hair as soon as you come home. 4. Always have a plan B You need to have a plan B for every dress, jewelry, shoes, and accessory. Any fuck-up at the festival is a wild stress. So you definitely have to have a plan B if things go wrong. 5. Take an assistant with you You have 30 seconds to take photos at the red carpet. At the same time, other celebrities with their guards will be just next to you. Everyone is pushing, photographers are shouting, you can’t get anything. And the assistant will help free up space on the carpet, guide you where you need to, fix your dress or make-up. An assistant is an investment in how you will look in the media. Do you still consider attending the carpets to be easy? Cannes La Croisette

Polina Pushkareva Instagram – Summer 2022: my goals, plans and expectations

Tap-tap like ❤️

Summer is my favorite season of the year. While everyone is trifling through the summer time, I use this time to achieve my goals. And that is what I am gonna do this summer.

1. Acting

I want to resume personal sessions with a coach, send auditions to different companies and look for new roles. My goal is to get at least 5 roles by the end of this summer. By the way, if you’re interested, we can start a challenge on development in acting. Let me know in the comments 😉

2. International recognition

I used to have an account in Russian and an audience from the former USSR countries, but I wanna grow internationally all over the world. So my task is to create 30 TikTok accounts for different countries and post daily on them. Moreover, by the end of the summer I wanna get 300k followers on each TikTok account, and 2 million followers – on Instagram.

3. Health

I want to take care of my mental and physical health. I will go to the gym, swimming pool, and practice yoga. I also want to go back to sessions with a therapist. Here my task is to reach the physical and moral comfort of Zen level.

4. Balance between overachieving and relaxation

I wanna go on dates all summer long, meet new people and drive to the Hamptons. In simple words, I’m going to enjoy my life and do work tasks at the same time.

What are you gonna do this summer? Paris, France
Polina Pushkareva Instagram – Three life hacks how to meet and chat with a celebrity

Tap-tap like❤️

Now I am working with the most famous musicians, actors and people from entertainment industry. But at first I was terribly afraid of them. It seems they have too many hang-ups and fuck-offs.

My tips how to chat with a celebrity if you want not just to make a picture with them, but to collaborate with them.

1. Don’t think they consider themselves better than you

You are equal. They are pleased and care for when they are treated as common people, but not as a dinosaur coming to us from the space.

2. Start chatting first

It’s a zero probability that a celebrity comes and chats with you first. Come first, make a compliment and ask something about the event. For example, if he has been here before, liked it or not, why he attends the event here, everything that is important for you in this event.

And without any fan vibe.
I am against asking for a selfie or a video while chatting.
This makes you a fan, but not a partner.

3. Search information about the event.

What kind of people attend it?
How your activity will help them?
For example, if you promote accounts on social media, it means you can promote their accounts.

Suggest ideas while chatting. If your opinions are the same at any point, give your business card or ask for agent’s contacts. No one likes to provide his personal contacts, that’s why at first time it’s better to communicate via an agent.
