What you should know before attending the first red carpet
Tap-tap like ❤️
After three red carpets at film festivals, I already know how it usually goes. So these recommendations will be very helpful for beginners.
1. Keep a calm and relaxed face
Don’t smile and don’t try to make a face. Photographers will shout your name and joke around. So you if you make some ridiculous face, it will get into the photo and will haunt you your entire life. Swipe left to see my funny photos from the red carpet. Enjoy 😂
2. Get ready: it’s f**kingly uncomfortable
You will have to put on shoes two sizes larger or smaller, and dresses will scratch over the skin. Take an anesthetic cream to apply on your legs after the red carpet. Or even better – apply it before the event. Wear a beige bodysuit under your dress (if it is invisible) to protect your skin.
3. Always wash off your makeup and hair
Usually the red carpets are held late in the evening and you get terribly tired. But in any case, wash off the makeup and hair as soon as you come home.
4. Always have a plan B
You need to have a plan B for every dress, jewelry, shoes, and accessory. Any fuck-up at the festival is a wild stress. So you definitely have to have a plan B if things go wrong.
5. Take an assistant with you
You have 30 seconds to take photos at the red carpet. At the same time, other celebrities with their guards will be just next to you. Everyone is pushing, photographers are shouting, you can’t get anything. And the assistant will help free up space on the carpet, guide you where you need to, fix your dress or make-up. An assistant is an investment in how you will look in the media.

My first movie as a movie producer
When I was 15, I watched “Gossip Girl”. And while all the girls wanted to be Blair Waldorf, I wanted to be Chuck Bass and rule the world💅🏻
Now I am 25. This year in March, I made my first movie, where both Ed Westwick and I were executive producers. The film is still in production, but we are starting to work on PR and its press release, and I can finally talk about it.
Now I am involved in more and more film projects as a producer and I am invited to promote movies. After all, the more people know and talk about the movie, the more money it will bring. And Nioly Media Group will manage the PR and social media promotion of this movie.
BTW, swipe left to see a movie poster. Who found me? 🤪

Three life hacks how to meet and chat with a celebrity
Tap-tap like❤️
Now I am working with the most famous musicians, actors and people from entertainment industry. But at first I was terribly afraid of them. It seems they have too many hang-ups and fuck-offs.
My tips how to chat with a celebrity if you want not just to make a picture with them, but to collaborate with them.
1. Don’t think they consider themselves better than you
You are equal. They are pleased and care for when they are treated as common people, but not as a dinosaur coming to us from the space.
2. Start chatting first
It’s a zero probability that a celebrity comes and chats with you first. Come first, make a compliment and ask something about the event. For example, if he has been here before, liked it or not, why he attends the event here, everything that is important for you in this event.
And without any fan vibe.
I am against asking for a selfie or a video while chatting.
This makes you a fan, but not a partner.
3. Search information about the event.
What kind of people attend it?
How your activity will help them?
For example, if you promote accounts on social media, it means you can promote their accounts.
Suggest ideas while chatting. If your opinions are the same at any point, give your business card or ask for agent’s contacts. No one likes to provide his personal contacts, that’s why at first time it’s better to communicate via an agent.

5 rules that led me to success
Tap-tap like ❤️
I have 5 life rules that made my life the way it is right now. Read the post and save them.
1. Always increase your income
Every month I need to earn at least a bit more than a month before. I have been following this rule since 2019, that is why my income is increasing so quickly.
2. Engage in various activities to stimulate your brain and broaden your outlook
Boxing, ballet, travel to new countries, learning a new language, etc. All this is necessary to keep your brain active. It helps to generate ideas and create new businesses.
3. Make decisions fast
When I come up with some idea – I immediately work on it. Of course, some of the ideas don’t work out. But when you don’t spend time on waiting and overthinking, you act and increase your chances to succeed.
4. Delegate
I delegate everything I can. I have a dog sitter for my dog, I have a chef, I don’t iron or do all housework stuff. I completely free my time to work and create something new.
5. Plan
I write down absolutely everything I need to do and make a clear plan. I have at least 3 mandatory tasks every day. At the end of the month, I put it all together, analyze my results and make a new plan. This helps me be focused on current goals and not get distracted by less priority tasks.
What are your rules?💅🏻 Manhattan, New York
Be messy. Eat out. Accept drinks. Break hearts. Have fun with dating. Dress hot for yourself. Play around. Spend sleepless nights
The best businesses are built by people who know how to play around❤️ Don’t let your desire for success make you believe you can’t fun. If you aren’t enjoying life, you won’t enjoy building your business
You’ve decided to become the greatest actress in Hollywood … but where and how to find roles and castings?
Tap-tap like ❤️
⠀
⠀
The very first thing you should know is where to look for castings. I beg you, try to pass them right now, don’t wait until you become a brilliant actress in your head to be ready for them. Sometimes things you don’t expect do work and succeed: the sooner you’ll get used to rejections and the casting system, THE BETTER.
Look for castings here:
⠀
⁃ backstage.com;
⁃ LA casting;
⁃ now casting;
⁃ Mandy.com;
⁃ actorsacess.com.
⠀
From my experience, I can say that you just need to take all the roles that suit your type. No need to turn up your nose and think: “F*ck no, if it is not Hollywood, I won’t play in this.” Play. At first just pass EVERYTHING, this will give you:
-Experience of being on camera.
-Understanding how filming actually works.
Contacts! It is the most important thing in acting.
+ You will understand your strengths and work on your flaws (for example, it’s hard for me to show some positive emotions, I’ve understood this and I am working on it).
So, when you get that very big, dream role, you will already be experienced and nail it.
⠀
And what is crucial to understand: rejection is okay. If you get it, it doesn’t mean that you are a bad actress, it means that the director sees another person in this particular role. Try again, again and again. If you get one role out of 100 applications, that’s very cool!👌🏻
⠀ Lake Como, Italy
I am 6 ft and I am wearing the highest heels every time I go out or just feel that I am in the mood for it
⠀
Someone would ask me: how aren’t you insecure? You are the tallest on the street
⠀
And I love it. Why would I feel that I have to be ashamed of something I was born with? I chose to love it and fucking embrace it. And we all as a society have to do the same with what makes us so UNIQUE

4 steps to develop any habit and change your life
Tap-tap like ❤️
Our habits define our lifestyle. What results we’ll get and what goals we’ll achieve depend on daily small actions. But how to develop any habit and change your life?
1. Understand what habits you need and for what
For example, now I introduce a lot of sports into my life. I do yoga, myofascial release, Soul Cycle, go to massages and keep a diet. Why? I wanna have a fit and healthy body to feel better and look fuckingly cool in pictures.
2. Put habits into your daily schedule
Dedicate at least 15-20 minutes every day and start with small steps. Enjoy the process, not expecting some great changes on the very first day. Habits are a long game.
3. Track the results
Not to lose motivation, you need to track your progress. You may take the body measurements and see the changes. Or you may describe your feelings at the point “Before” and then some intermediate results. Celebrate your small wins.
4. Create a motivation system
Promise that you will definitely reward yourself if you practice a new habit for some certain time and achieve your goal. I like to buy myself some gift that becomes a symbol of self-improvement and inspires me to work my ass off even more.
Now tell me what habits you wanna develop? 😏 Manhattan, New York
Summer 2022: my goals, plans and expectations
Tap-tap like ❤️
Summer is my favorite season of the year. While everyone is trifling through the summer time, I use this time to achieve my goals. And that is what I am gonna do this summer.
1. Acting
I want to resume personal sessions with a coach, send auditions to different companies and look for new roles. My goal is to get at least 5 roles by the end of this summer. By the way, if you’re interested, we can start a challenge on development in acting. Let me know in the comments 😉
2. International recognition
I used to have an account in Russian and an audience from the former USSR countries, but I wanna grow internationally all over the world. So my task is to create 30 TikTok accounts for different countries and post daily on them. Moreover, by the end of the summer I wanna get 300k followers on each TikTok account, and 2 million followers – on Instagram.
3. Health
I want to take care of my mental and physical health. I will go to the gym, swimming pool, and practice yoga. I also want to go back to sessions with a therapist. Here my task is to reach the physical and moral comfort of Zen level.
4. Balance between overachieving and relaxation
I wanna go on dates all summer long, meet new people and drive to the Hamptons. In simple words, I’m going to enjoy my life and do work tasks at the same time.
What are you gonna do this summer? Paris, France
How do I earn money on social media?
Tap-tap like ❤️
I started making money on social media 5 years ago. Worked with bloggers and helped them manage Instagram. And today I have my own media agency and earn hundreds of thousands of dollars. Here’s how it happened.
2018-2019 — manager of bloggers in Russia
In 2018, I started working with bloggers from Russia. I helped them to make stories, write posts and launched ads to promote the blog.
2020 – blogger manager in the US
I entered the international market and started working with two American bloggers.
2021 – social media manager of musicians
I met one musician and was just shocked by how his Instagram looked. So I came up with the idea to promote the social media of celebrities. A couple of days later, I got the first client.
2022 – my own international media agency
After the first case, I got more clients and it was them who contacted me. Then I realized that it was time to create an SMM agency – Nioly Media Group.
Today Nioly Media Group promotes large businesses, brands and media personalities. And the coolest thing here is that we turn social media into a stable source of income.
100+ people from all over the world work in our team: Argentina, Brazil, Uganda, Mexico, Italy, France and, of course, the former USSR countries.
I want to have at least 100 clients per month and even more employees.
And I know that I will achieve this goal already very soon 🤫 Catskill, New York
A moment when you realize that you’ve built a life for yourself where all this has become your routine:
⠀
-getting dressed up to attend the best worldwide events
-meeting your fav childhood actors in real life
-constantly traveling for work and staying in the best hotels
⠀
Never stop. NEVER. Everything is possible ✨ Los Angeles, California
