April Jeanette Mendez Instagram – This is how I recharge my mental health after a speech. I’m an extroverted introvert, so I fricken love meeting new people and fans, learning about their stories and perspectives, and speaking in front of large crowds. It makes me so happy. But then my battery gets zapped and I need to recharge in a comforting cocoon of chocolate, carbs, and alone time. I used to be an introverted introvert who couldn’t make eye contact with strangers so this is huge progress for me.
