Kay Panabaker Instagram – Miss Java Bean was another favorite of mine at the Maryland Zoo. Yes, I work with goats that I loved and I really missed them. However, there is something magical meeting new animals. She leaned into my hand that was giving her neck scratches and was snoring. 13/10, would definitely do this again. And while I didn’t get a good picture, the last animal that left a mark on me was a total surprise. It was a pretty cold and gloomy day when we went to the zoo and I didn’t think they would have any animals in their Animal Encounter area. But as we were leaving, Sprint, an Indian running duck, started calling me to me as soon as I started to walk over. Really, she was making the most adorable quacks. She kept shaking her tail for me and trying to pull up grass to give me. I may have already tried to convince the people at work that we need runner ducks…. | Posted on 01/Feb/2019 22:27:14
