On this week’s episode of Get Happy Be Fit I talk about why I’m able to succeed even when I make mistakes.

I used to let my mistakes debilitate me. I would be so mad and upset with myself that I would completely lose sight of every good decision I made. I felt like if I made one bad decision it negated all of the good ones.
.
Im an extremely disciplined person. I meal prep, I workout 6 days a week, Ive put out a Podcast every Monday for almost two years… I also lose motivation and let my discipline slip, make mistakes on my diet, skip workouts occasionally, procrastinate recording my podcast until the last minute… the list goes on. The second half of that list is who I used to define myself as, instead of accepting that ALL of it is me.

You can be a disciplined person without being disciplined 100% of the time. You can make mistakes and still succeed as long as you keep going. Remember that perfection is not required for success but consistency is.
