What is something that feel daunting or scary so you avoid doing it?

A lot of people get super anxious at the prospect of working out or going to the gym which I TOTALLY get. I don’t like crowded gyms either, which is why I’m smiling so hard in my garage gym selfie 😆.
.
It doesn’t have to be huge to feel difficult and scary. There have been times in my life that something as simple as getting out of bed felt so daunting that it debilitated me.
.
Yesterday’s episode of Get Happy Be Fit talked about pushing past feeling uncomfortable and doing things that feel hard. In my life, I have definitely found that the more I push through and do things that scare me and feel hard, the easier it is to do it the next time. Some of the absolute best memories in my life would not have happened had I chosen to stay comfortable and do what felt easiest at the time.

Do something that feels uncomfortable today, because everything you want to be is on the other side of fear.
