Another year goes by and it’s time to welcome in another group of incredible drag kids to our We’re Here family! I am still beyond grateful and proud to have reached this milestone in my life of receiving an Emmy for the work I’ve done on a show, that I have now been apart of for multiple seasons. I just wanted to post a lil something saying what I wish I could have fully expressed at the Emmy’s, and the premier of a new season feels like the right time to do so. This show as a whole, is wild and unlike any other and I am so thankful to be apart of it, for the friends and crew that respect the work I do and of course for the friendship I have with @bobthedragqueen. For bringing me into this opportunity with her, constantly encouraging and trusting me and my work while also making the time we spend together on set, not feel like “work”. But truly, I really want to put another spotlight on, to shout out and thank all the drag children that participate on this show. For being vulnerable and strong enough to share your stories on such a platform no matter the repercussions after filming and airing. For being brave enough to put yourselves on display in showing that representation truly matters. For allowing us into your lives to do all the wild things that drag entails and being so down for the experience. I cannot always fully put into words how I feel but I’m grateful to have worked with so many drag kids personally that have been so kind and generous with their experience and time. the show wouldn’t be what it is without your authentic voices being shown and heard. I’m going to say it again, and not stop there- representation matters!!!!! Thank you for telling your stories and continuing to do so, while letting us put you up in some of the craziest drag! <3

Incredibly fast tutorial, don’t blink! Plugging my favorite brow product from @ardellbeauty that I’ve been using for a few years now. I get so many compliments on my brows when I’m out of drag that I figured I’d dip my toe into reels. This stroke a brow pen is my absolutely favorite and truly the texture I’m able to create in such a short amount of time is just perfect for my everyday bitch brows >:] – – Incase this reel is too chaotic, I shave the tails of my brows so I can draw in a better shape and since my hair is a deeper tone already I used the shade medium brown and soft black. A heads up the dark brown is a lot more deeper that soft black and to most looks actually black but it’s a very very deep warm brown, hence why I use it more for intense drag looks than everyday. I start off with medium brown as a base and a guide to sketch the shape of the tail and arch that I want and blending small strokes through out the middle and ends as well. Then I just redefine and add texture and definition with a darker shade, in this case soft black. The pens have a brush tip so it’s so easy to get fast thin lines that look like real hairs. These pens make it super easy to throw brows on if you don’t have full ones like me and I’m obsessed. And don’t forget to store them with the brush side facing down when you get yours! It just helps keep the pigment nice and juicy and last longer. Thank you ARDELL for the lovely care package again and Stay tuned for more internet chaos via reels maybe? 😉
