[🪟HOME] Today I officially started the deco of my apartment in Lisbon 🤍🤍 my parents came to help planting the 4 meters natural cactus that my grandmother gifted me. I bought an old terracota vase and the rest is history. Hope you like it 🌵
[🧴GROOMING] It’s November so it means: moustache. Here some of my tips on how to get the perfect moustache. 1. Get the right gear I always have my beard machine with all the different heads, a comb, shaving blades, products, etc. 2. Cut it always dry Wet hair shrinks as it dries, which may leave your moustache shorter than you intended. 3. Make it clean I like my beard neat and clean, so after using the beard machine to shave and trim, I go ahead with a shaving blade to make it extra clean on the form. 4. Finish with a balm & oil Since facial hair wicks moisture away from the skin, leaving it dry and flaky, massage a moisturizer balm and oil into the skin and beard. Hope it helps 🤍😘

[🧴GROOMING] Hey everyone, dropping my haircare routine for you here. I have been working for haircare brands since 2018 at L’Oréal, so hair is something that I am particularly passionate about. When I choose my products I always try to use clean formulas with few ingredients, free of silicones and other beautifying-driven ingredients. Right now what I am using: 1. @2122ricardovilanova shampoo B with coconut surfactant, rose extract, soya lecithin and black oat extract for strength and flexibility. 2. @2122ricardovilanova complex k mask with PEG-4 castor oil, gluconolactone, calcium & gluconate for nourishment and bounce. 3. @2122ricardovilanova scalp serum with peptides, minerals, trace elements, aloe vera and rosemary oil for root stimulation. 4. Cycle vital care complex nectar for curl activation 5. @2122ricardovilanova tsubaki oil with 100% pure camellia oil formulated with the standards of Oshima Tsubaki for hair manageability. Hope it helps 🤍😘

[🥪DIET] Marrakech is very special to me. It was my first trip alone when I was 18. I fell in love with it, its people, smells and flavors. Moroccan tea was something I incorporated in my daily diet after that. Here how to do it the traditional way. 🌵❤️

[🧴GROOMING] Morning everyone☺️ After this question popping, I wanted to show you what works for me, when it comes to my morning skincare routine. My skin is mixed & sensitive with a bit of rosacea so it’s been a long way trying to find a routine that could be potent when it comes to anti-aging while also not being irritating to my skin. For me I always try to: 1. Keep it simple: with not many layers of product. In the past I have done 10/12 steps routines and my skin started to panic 😂 2. Try light formulas: rich formulas never worked for me. Light ones seem to rest better on my skin and also helping with quick absorption. 3. Focus on the actives: when I create a routine I want to have a star ingredient per product/step. On top of this it’s never about the brand when it comes to the product, but the formulation. Some ingredients I love: Niacinamide, Ceramides, Peptides, Hyaloronic Acid, Retinol, Vitamin C, Acids, etc. I love to try new products now and then, but these are the ones I am using right now: 1. Foaming cleanser Cerave (niacinamide and ceramides help to restore the skin barrier. I love that has no fragrance) 2. Serum 10 Skinceuticals (vitamin C helps my rosacea because it’s anti-inflammatory and anti-aging) 3. Phyto corrective Skinceuticals (the cucumber hyaloronic acid soothes and calms my skin while hydrating it) 4. Eye cream Cerave 5. Moisturizer SPF 50 Cerave (I am forcing myself to apply SPF everyday. This helps because it’s incorporated in the moisturizer) 6. Lip balm Laneige (I am obsessed about lips, so I always do a massage in my lips to activate the blood flow and plump them) Hope it helped 🤍😘
[✈️TRAVEL] Today ends 1 year and a half of a love affair with Paris. They call it the city of love and for me was nothing but that. From beginning to end. I loved with all my strength, with no boundaries, no filters, no armours. Was it perfect? Not at all. I started to lose myself in this love. Started to fear it. To get further away from myself. Darker. Heavier. But Paris is also that. An imperfect love. In the end I understood I need balance. I need light. Lisbon is that for me. Lisbon is home. Will I return to Paris? Sooner than later. But it will never be more than a love affair in my marriage with Lisbon. Lisboa, tinha saudades ❤️
