These past few months I have really been focusing on my health. I knew something was wrong with me but I wasn’t sure what. After some research I became skeptical that I may have pcos and that my thyroid was off. My hunch was right! My thyroid was working towards Hashimoto’s which is an autoimmune disorder. I am now seeing a naturopathic doctor and I have been on my treatment for almost two weeks. It’s amazing how much better I feel already! I’ve never been so picky about diet and exercise in my entire life but it definitely helps so much. Don’t be afraid to trust your gut. Also big thank you @stori for the cute fall set. 🍁

The first herb I started growing was basil and I use it all the time. I now have oregano, sage, rosemary, and spearmint. Anyone that knows me is aware that I’m getting more and more into holistic medicine. I sincerely believe you can heal anything with what we have naturally on Earth 🪴 I’m sure some people can relate with me not wanting to take prescription medicines or go to the doctor if I REALLY don’t have to. Anyways, Mother Nature has me eating and feeling good 💚
