Ariel Yasmine Instagram – These past few months I have really been focusing on my health. I knew something was wrong with me but I wasn’t sure what. After some research I became skeptical that I may have pcos and that my thyroid was off. My hunch was right! My thyroid was working towards Hashimoto’s which is an autoimmune disorder. I am now seeing a naturopathic doctor and I have been on my treatment for almost two weeks. It’s amazing how much better I feel already! I’ve never been so picky about diet and exercise in my entire life but it definitely helps so much. Don’t be afraid to trust your gut.
