For this ladder workout you’ll start out round 1 with:
5 DB Deadlifts, 5 Sit Ups, 5 Push Ups.
Each round add 5 reps to each exercise. So round 2 would look like:
10 DB Deadlifts, 10 Sit Ups, 10 Push Ups.
And so on!!!
