There’s so much emphasis on productivity and achieving that it’s easy to forget to slow down. Even though taking care of two small children is a full-time job in itself, I often feel under self-imposed pressure to ‘do more’. As the season changes, it’s a good time to slow down and prioritise rest wherever possible. Both mentally and physically.
