Derek Theler Instagram – This is how I feel when I’m low, foggy. Even in paradise, you need to keep your levels in mind because being a T1D means you have #nodaysoff. While I was on my Honeymoon in Hawaii I took too much insulin to correct a high before I went for a swim in the pool. Luckily my Dexcom G6 let me know I was low and I made it back to the room for snacks just in time. No matter how prepared you are for T1D, something can always go wrong. Thanks Dexcom for the piece of mind. 🙌🏼
