Don’t carry it with you. Some pains you have to live with, but we learn to adapt, to cope, but the majority of pain in our lives is held in our hearts and minds and it’s our choice to carry it or let it go.
Bad people, the wrong people,the things they’ve done or said, strangers, especially faceless keyboard warriors, crickets and trolls on social,moments, occasions,things we ourselves have said or done. It’s all in the past unless we take it with us. We live and we learn. I’ve never been close to perfect, personally or in my life, what I post in social is a highlight reel to promote positivity, light and love amongst those who want to share that decision and focus on the good in the world instead of all the haters and negativity. If I’ve learnt anything in life, it’s that letting go and dropping any anger, hate, resentment allows you to be free and allow that positivity to over power the negative. We will always have problems, but if we can let go or discard a few, don’t waste time on things we can’t change that live rent free in our minds then we can live a happier life. Without doubt I waited for karma to collect on people but my true freedom only came when I just let go myself and didn’t care anymore. My ship will only sink if I allow it to fill with water. You get to an age or time where you realise nobodies opinions matter unless you give weight to them, Make sure the people you surround yourself with or listen to are there to help your light shine, who are happy watching you grow and thrive in life, who are there in good or bad.Our circles get smaller as we get older and wiser,but when it gets smaller, it also gets tighter, more solid. This is where you find your strength and happiness, the good life with those who care.
