We named our production house ‘Valmiki Pictures’, as there is a saying that ‘Maa Saraswati’ sits on the Kalam (Pen) of Saint Valmiki.
We wanted the same blessings of Maa Saraswati with us and we wanted the reflection of that energy in whatever we create.
Our first creation, Tikkhi Mitthi Life, won two awards yesterday. Screenplay of the year – yours truly (Jhinal Belani)
And
Best debut – @bhaumiksampat
We were nominated for other three categories.
We started with the very small production, but our efforts were honest.
