Jinal Belani Instagram – Last night was Special.
We named our production house ‘Valmiki Pictures’, as there is a saying that ‘Maa Saraswati’ sits on the Kalam (Pen) of Saint Valmiki.
We wanted the same blessings of Maa Saraswati with us and we wanted the reflection of that energy in whatever we create.

Our first creation, Tikkhi Mitthi Life, won two awards yesterday. Screenplay of the year – yours truly (Jhinal Belani)
And
Best debut – @bhaumiksampat

We were nominated for other three categories.

We started with the very small production, but our efforts were honest.
Thank you to the whole team of #tikkhimitthilife and our industry friends, who stood by me when I wanted their help while making this film and later too, for other film and series that we made; on each and every step family and friends were there to support.
I am indebted. 🙏🏻
