Madisyn Shipman Instagram – With Thanksgiving approaching us, I’m reflecting on the many things I’m grateful for. I try to make a point daily to practice gratitude. My mom always says, “A grateful heart, is a happy heart”. I’m very grateful for a loving and supportive family and the friendships that I have. However, I do often overlook the little things – like waking in the front door and Lulu and Willow (my dogs) being so excited to see me, a warm car, good hair days and dry shampoo on the days I’m not so lucky lol This week, when you sit at the table for Thanksgiving dinner, and your turn comes to say what you’re grateful for, make sure to think of the little things; whether it be, cooking videos on YouTube, funny reels and TikToks, finding money in your pocket, or the magic that is Advil.
Madisyn Shipman Instagram – For the last few months I have been working on gaining lean muscle. I try to work out at least 4-6 times a week and workouts vary from video instructed infrared sauna workouts to HIIT training. I’ve implemented some weight lifting into my regimen as well. My form is not perfect by any means but I’m doing it and for me-that’s a win. If I had to choose a preference it would be kettlebell training. There are a lot of days that I don’t want to get out of bed. If you’re looking at greats in anything in life – any walk of life – the greats do things even when they don’t want to.
