I try to work out at least 4-6 times a week and workouts vary from video instructed infrared sauna workouts to HIIT training. I’ve implemented some weight lifting into my regimen as well. My form is not perfect by any means but I’m doing it and for me-that’s a win. If I had to choose a preference it would be kettlebell training. There are a lot of days that I don’t want to get out of bed. If you’re looking at greats in anything in life – any walk of life – the greats do things even when they don’t want to.
