Ho Ho Ho, Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, Happy Kwaanza and Happy Sunday to everyone. Meet Bucket, the newest addition to our family. She was found in a garbage can in Tijuana and the good people at @muttscouts rescued her and got her to us last night. So far her day consists of getting, photographed, fed and kissed. Oh yeah and she pooped on a deck chair so she is fitting in fine around here.❤️ #woof

Talking smack on social media can really bite you in the ass esp when someone calls your bluff. You see for the last few months I have been talking mad stuff on 13 year old Junior Olympic Champion @jaiyapatilloofficial’s instagram page. I began following her after seeing videos of her smoke college age athletes at the age of 12. And because I am a loud mouth I began challenging her to a race should she and her family ever come to Los Angeles. Well last Friday I met her and her unbelievably awesome family at a college in Santa Clarita to settle the challenge that I put forth. I never ran track in high school but I did place 4th in the shot put in Knoxville when I was in the 8th grade so I thought I had this. But just how I am overly optimistic about the results of the stunts I try, I may have went a little long here too. Nevertheless, thank you to the stellar Jaiya Patillo, her wonderful parents, the awesome @csuncheer, and the College of the Canyons for letting Jaiya and I settle once and for all who is the real champ. And just because you NARROWLY beat me this time Jaiya it doesn’t mean there can’t be a rematch!! 🎥 by @rickkosick
Throwback Thursday- On this Thanksgiving be thankful your Mom never gave you a perm like mine did me. I mean let’s be honest as a kid my hair was already a hot mess. You know, you have seen the photos and memes[insert joke here.] I mean cmon Mom, I have HUGE head, multiple cowlicks, a double crown, and you want to further bring attention to it by cutting my bangs in an apparently pitch black room and THEN give me a perm to set it all off. No wonder I ended up standing in front of bulls for a living. 🤷🏻♂️ It’s ok Mom, I love you. Happy Thanksgiving (or Thursday) to everybody.❤️
