-after a lot of back and forth we managed to get the water boots on, only to realise I’d forgotten to take off my pajamas 😅😅 so I decided to keep them on and keep going.
– I love the water but I’m petrified of the ocean and it’s vastness, but decided to give it a shot after a lot of self talk and convincing from my loved ones.
– after close to fifteen attempts I managed to do what I went there to do!! Yay me!! I felt proud, happy, super emotional and very very hungry 😅😅
What’s my take back?
I’m capable of doing everything I put my mind to, and this was very very reassuring!

Let’s be kind, to ourselves and others.
Over the past year, I’ve realised that we all have demons, and they aren’t always easy to over come. We all have insecurities, and they aren’t always easy to face and come to terms with.
But what we also have is strength. And this strength, just like our demons and insecurities, isn’t always easy to recognise. But I promise you it’s there. Maybe a little lost, maybe hiding away in some corner of your heart. But it’s there. I found my strength through kindness and empathy towards myself and others. It’s a long journey, I’m still missing a few pieces of this puzzle. But I know they’re there. And 2023 is going to be all about finding that strength and never giving up on myself!
And I also know, while I do my bit, the universe is also Doing everything in its power to make this journey worthwhile 💟
