We all have insecurities, and they aren’t always easy to face and come to terms with. But what we also have is strength. And this strength, just like our demons and insecurities, isn’t always easy to recognise. But I promise you it’s there. Maybe a little lost, maybe hiding away in some corner of your heart. But it’s there. I found my strength through kindness and empathy towards myself and others. It’s a long journey, I’m still missing a few pieces of this puzzle. But I know they’re there. And 2023 is going to be all about finding that strength and never giving up on myself!
