Lauren Kelston Instagram – Hi everyone! It’s been a minute. With all that’s going on in the world, the simplicity of my current day to day life has been a blessing. I have been doing my best to look inward and slow down. I’ve returned to a consistent morning yoga practice #sadhana, I’m spending more time in the kitchen #ayurveda, and doing my best to be fully present with my boys #momlife. I am hopeful that 2021 will be a year of new opportunities and some real positive energy moving forward 🙏🏻💗🙌🏻
