Still working it 🙌🏻🔥 . In January I began @iflowyoga’s 3 month Press Club program again! I did the sequences 3 times a week instead of 6, doing other workouts or stretching the other 3 days. The sequences did not get any easier 😱 They kicked my butt and I felt the new changes as my body shaked and shifted. Today I completed week 12, and damn it feels good to rise up(sidedown)!! 😝 now on to the next challenge… .
