I have tried to do this post a bunch of times. I was looking for a photo of us. Some perfect image to explain her light and the way she made the people around her feel. I found myself sifting through millions of pictures. Where was it? I guess I was dancing or laughing or hearing a funny story or intently watching to make sure I got every move right. Anastasia, the show you took a chance on me with … was a time that meant the world to me -mostly because each person that put it together -brought so much joy to each moment I got to work with them, and lifted the world with their warm hearts and their love for the craft. I am so sorry to hear about the passing of our beloved choreographer Peggy Hickey … I have never met someone more positive in my life … and that Is saying a LOT… the world got dimmer when you left this earth but I know somewhere you are dancing among the angels and teaching them all how to love even deeper than angels already know how to love. My concert at the playhouse was a dream. It was a packed house of everyone that I love. @charliealterman killed it jumping in last minute. I have to admit putting together a show of mostly new material is a bit scary but I had such a blast. I had a lot of new stories I got to share. Also!! Some of my favorite middle school teachers came to my show – it was such a surprise. Mr. McScherry who I had twice in school. He was one of those teachers that taught with humor and love. He made going to school fun every day. I also couldn’t believe Mr. Micir came. When I was in middle school I gave him my CD of music I wrote as a kid and in the same moment he surprised me with a wrapped CD… It was Joni Mitchell Blue… he said I needed to listen to her… he was right … it quickly became my favorite CD – I memorized every word and I sang river for my spring awakening audition and carrie audition that helped get me those roles. These teachers touched my heart. It was so beautiful seeing them again after the show- thank you to everyone who came ! All of my supporters who drove HOURS ! All of my family and all of my hometown friends. What a magical evening I will never forget … now back to my regularly scheduled traveling away from home and performing – love you all!! Xoxo Christy

It reminded me so much of the joy that I felt seeing Mamma Mia – except THIS show is for my generation – Backstreet Boys , N sync , Britney , Katy Perry….It was hilarious and fun and heartfelt. @bwolfepack kills it along with everyone else in the cast ! I got to see my old friend @itsmegankane who lit up the stage. Everyone did such an amazing job. @starksands as always shines ..… it’s just a powerhouse cast – I felt so lucky I got to see it! This Year Has been Insane ❤️🥂 – Thank you to everyone who made it so magical. I will never forget 2022 for as long as I live. PS! I ran out of time with my editing to the music!!! And I couldn’t show alllll the greatness that was touring with DISNEY PRINCESS THE CONCERT as much as I wanted to!!! But it was INCREDIBLE! There is nothing like old friends. One of the best things about my college was my class. I felt so honored to be at Alexa’s bridal shower. It has been such a thrill to watch everyone in our little group of 16 blossom and grow professionally and just in life. I remember Alexa talking about her love for her high school boyfriend Rob all those years ago and now I get to watch them celebrate their forever. How blessed am I that my two college friends are getting hitched this year. Life goes by so quickly but some chapters you just wish that you could hold onto forever. This is one of them.
