PLEASE READ CAPTION OR NOT I know this isn’t a model picture most of you wanted. Umm I’m posting this very raw picture of myself no makeup, no filter, no cheating. (I blow dried my bangs a bit) I usually have good skin but have gotten used to adult breakouts, especially with face masks. I have pimples and my skin has always been red and sensitive. I’m sharing this cause improvement in our appearance is always nice. But when it becomes consumed by our vanity. I removed my eyelash extensions last night. And cried cause I didn’t feel as pretty. It made my realize how dependent I am on appearance, and not my health. This being my option only but make up has taken over what I see and me too. Make up is here to “enhance your beauty, not change it” – my mom I don’t look like that in my pictures. And I’m glad we are finding fun new make up techniques. But I forgot what natural beauty is.
