Some of my mexico highlights: -Beautiful unobscured sunrise and sunsets for days!! -it’s true the Sea of Cortez “glistens” 😆 – Caught a pez toro (Talakitok) from shore while mig caught a keeper corvina that we had BENNO (restaurant in @hotelsancristobal ) prepared 2 ways. Sashimi and fried! They even served fresh focaccia bread with charred eggplant spread. So soo goood!!! Mig made friends with Luis and the pangeros and gave them the second corvina he caught to say thank you! – Farm to table lunch at @jazamango Great food, sabawan and tawanan 🤭 – Felt like kings and queens at @lasventanasalparaiso Lux at its finest! Wild! best views of both sunrise and sunset from our balcony! – caught my first mahi mahi! My favorite eating fish. Thank you to lalo and loic of @exoticfishcabo !
