Chef Lovely Instagram – Super Bowl Wangs! #LoveYouLetsEat

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs chicken wings
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp sriracha salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 c a.p. flour
1 tsp granulated chicken bouillon
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 c your fav hot sauce
1/4 c honey
1 tsp black sesame seeds
1 tsp white sesame seeds
Avocado oil spray

Directions
In a large bowl, season the wings with the onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, Sriracha salt, and black pepper.

Massage spices into the wings thoroughly. Cover and chill for 30 min. Overnight is best.

Remove wings from the frig 30 min before you’re ready to cook.

Whisk together the flour and granulated chicken bouillon. Add wings 3-4 at a time and coat in flour mixture shaking off excess.

Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with the avocado oil spray and place the coated wings in one layer, making sure the wings do not touch each other. Cook the wings in different batches. I have a 5.5qt air fryer so I did 2 batches.

Spray the top of the wings with avocado oil spray then set the air fryer to 380° for 22 minutes. Halfway through cooking, open the air fryer and flip the wings.

While the wings are cooking, make the sauce – In a small sauce pan over medium low heat, add in the butter, hot sauce, honey, and sesame seeds.

Stir to combine. Once the butter has melted, reduce heat to low and cook for about 3-5 min.

Place the cooked wings in a large bowl. Pour on the sauce until it feels good then toss.

Garnish with chives or scallions and enjoy.
