Coco = Coconut Milk… it gives the cornbread a sweet floral kiss that takes this recipe to the next level! I think you’re gonna love this one, my loves 😘 Cornbread with Whipped Tangerine Vanilla Honey Butter For Cornbread 1/4 c cornmeal 1/4 c a.p. flour 2 Tbsp sugar 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted 1 Tbsp unsalted butter 1/4 c 2 Tbsp coconut milk 1 egg, room temperature For Butter 8 oz unsalted butter, room temp 3 oz (6 Tbsp) of raw honey 1 tsp vanilla bean paste 1/4 tsp salt Zest of one tangerine 🍊 Directions Pre-heat the oven to 400°. Place a 6 inch cast iron skillet on a sheet pan & pop it into the oven to get hot. In a small bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. Set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, coconut milk, and egg. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and mix until just combined. Safely remove the sheet pan from the oven and place on a safe surface. Put the 1 Tbsp of butter into the hot skillet and let it bubble & melt down a little. Pour the cornbread batter into the skillet and immediately place the cornbread into the oven. Cook for about 18-20 min. Insert a toothpick and when it comes out clean, it’s ready. For the whipped butter – In a medium bowl, add in the butter, honey, vanilla, and salt. Beat with a hand mixer until well incorporated. About 5 min. Add in the tangerine zest and mix well with a spatula or wooden spoon. Scoop a generous amount of the whipped butter on top of the warm cornbread so it melts into the cornbread 😋 #LoveYouLetsEat 🍊🧈🧡

With the Chimichurri Drip 😜#LoveYouLetsEat S/O to @elmagococina for the inspo and @samwillsmusic @kofistone_ & @jake_milliner for the vibes ✨ Lamb Sandwich 1 lb ground lamb 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1 1/2 tsp paprika 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp s&p 3 cloves of garlic, minced 2 Tbsp white onion, grated Provolone cheese Sourdough baguette Mint Chimichurri 1/3 c finely chopped mint 2 Tbsp finely chopped parsley Half of a Fresno chili, minced 1 garlic clove, grated Big splash of white balsamic vinegar 1/4 c extra virgin olive oil Juice of half a lemon Zest of 1 lemon Salt to taste Directions Slice the baguette in half length wise then cut each half into 3 pieces, totaling 6 pieces of bread. Dig out a little bit of bread from each piece making a small well. Nestle a couple slices of provolone cheese in each piece of bread. Set bread aside. In a mixing bowl, add in the lamb, seasonings, garlic and onion. Using your hands, combine ingredients well. Divide the lamb into 6 equal sized balls. Take a ball of lamb and gently press it into the provolone cover bread matching the shape of the bread with a little of the lamb hanging over the edges. Repeat with the rest of the lamb. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat and add a good drizzle of olive oil. Sear the sandwiches in 2 batches, lamb side down until golden brown. About 2-3 min. Flip the sandwiches and cook for another min. Place the sandwiches in a 350° oven for 3-5 min. For the chimichurri, mix all ingredients well in a bowl. I like to make this first or the night before to give the ingredients time to mingle and bloom 😉 To serve, garnish the top of each sandwich with a big spoonful of the chimichurri and a salad. Place the bowl of remaining chimichurri on the table bc everyone will be going back for more! Love you, my loves 😘
Super Bowl Wangs! #LoveYouLetsEat Ingredients 1 1/2 lbs chicken wings 2 tsp onion powder 1 tsp paprika 1 Tbsp garlic powder 1 tsp sriracha salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 c a.p. flour 1 tsp granulated chicken bouillon 3 Tbsp unsalted butter 1/2 c your fav hot sauce 1/4 c honey 1 tsp black sesame seeds 1 tsp white sesame seeds Avocado oil spray Directions In a large bowl, season the wings with the onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, Sriracha salt, and black pepper. Massage spices into the wings thoroughly. Cover and chill for 30 min. Overnight is best. Remove wings from the frig 30 min before you’re ready to cook. Whisk together the flour and granulated chicken bouillon. Add wings 3-4 at a time and coat in flour mixture shaking off excess. Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with the avocado oil spray and place the coated wings in one layer, making sure the wings do not touch each other. Cook the wings in different batches. I have a 5.5qt air fryer so I did 2 batches. Spray the top of the wings with avocado oil spray then set the air fryer to 380° for 22 minutes. Halfway through cooking, open the air fryer and flip the wings. While the wings are cooking, make the sauce – In a small sauce pan over medium low heat, add in the butter, hot sauce, honey, and sesame seeds. Stir to combine. Once the butter has melted, reduce heat to low and cook for about 3-5 min. Place the cooked wings in a large bowl. Pour on the sauce until it feels good then toss. Garnish with chives or scallions and enjoy. Love you, let’s eat 😘

Ingredients 2 pre-made refrigerated pie doughs 7 oz Aged Castello Havarti Cheese, grated 2 lbs pink lady apples, peeled, cored, and cut into 1/2 inch wedges 1 Tbsp flour 1/4 c white sugar 1/4 c brown sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp cardamom 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp vanilla bean paste 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1 egg, beaten Raw cane sugar, for sprinkling Apricot jam for glazing Directions -Pre heat oven to 350° -Unroll one pie dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet -Evenly sprinkle the dough with #Castello Havarti cheese -Unroll the remaining pie dough and place it on top of the cheese -Gently press the edges of the dough together to create a seal. Using your hand, gently press down on the dough across the entire surface area -Place cheese stuffed dough into the refrigerator -In a large mixing bowl, toss together the apples, flour, sugars, salt, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, vanilla, and lemon juice until well mixed. -Take the pie dough out of the refrigerator and pour seasoned apples into the center of the dough leaving a 1 1/2 inch border -Fold the edges of the dough up and over the apples leaving most of the fruit exposed -Brush the dough with the beaten egg and sprinkle with raw cane sugar -Bake for 1 hour. Let cool for 10 min.
